Cristina Santander

The Paris trained Argentinian artist (1942) has carried through her cosmopolitan upbringing and training influenced by French and Spanish art. As a result, her international reputation has lead to shows in Tokyo, Paris, Washington DC, Houston and Miami. Her works can be found in museums worldwide like in France at the National Library in Paris; in Spain at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Madrid, the Biblioteca Nacional de Madrid, the Castillo del Real de Manzanares also in Madrid, and Ibiza's Contemporary Art Museum; in Egypt at the Universal Graphic Museum in Cairo; in South Korea at the Kuhmo Museum in Seoul; in Paraguay at the Emilio Petorutti Modern Art Museum in Asunción; in San Juan, Puerto Rico at the Museo del Grabado; in North Dakota at Dickinson State College; in Mexico at the Institute of Graphic Arts in Oaxaca, and at various cultural venues throughout her native Argentina.
